Warning this is long but here's my thought about each Story cuz its late and why not. Story 1: she's one of the closest mom in your life, and the mother of YOUR CHILD. Story 2: maybe he should've given an explanation/warning that it was a necklace she could wear but tbh I loovveee that he made it special for her cuz she couldn't wear it on her finger. Story 3: I would've let the parent know too, that's just something they need to at least give money for the most expensive/personal items. Story 4: I definitely would've been extremely pissed especially if I already didn't have good sleep or was a light sleeper. Story 5: lol the second I heard the title to this story I was like WHAT, but tbh I would've done the same especially if she knew what happened to him and knew how sensitive he was, and not to mention IT'S HER SISTERS BF. story 6: I would've done the same but I would've shown the pictures sooner to the wife and maybe gotten more proof along with the wife and then show everyone. Story 7: I agree totally with the girl at the end saying her opinion, like if your mom and sister were actually as horrible like it sounds, your boundaries would be already pushed by your wife being in contact with your sister. Story 8: I definitely see the manipulation but I also would probably need both sides of what happened in the argument like who started it and what really happened but tbh I would've chosen her too cuz of knowing her longer but i don't know what really happened so I can't tell and also this sounds like a really toxic relationship because of how big of an off to an on dating thing happened like how do you go from being blocked to getting married? That to me sounds really toxic esp because if y'all got into a massive fight over a simple topic, what will marriage for them look like? Story 9: this one confused me at the start so I was kinda confused the whole time but wow I really support the mom in-law for her decision that was a genius lesson to the ex. Story 10: I feel like she was being a little excessively needy towards him and the words how to describe it keep escaping my mind but I feel like she needed to be a boss about it and make him seriously regret what he did. Story 11: again once I heard the title I was like fr??? But I understand now, like how tf you not let the literal designer of your dream dress that's been hoping so much to come to your wedding BECAUSE HE MADE THE DRESS AND HE'S FRICKEN FAMILY, AND THE ONLY REASON IS CUZ HE'S A YEAR BEFORE BEING AN ADULT????? WTF. story 12: he's a walking red flag, tbh if my friend told me this I'd be scared to believe her cuz this just sounds so foul and like such a ridiculous guy like wtf, I'd be absolutely pissed especially if I was her dad and he didn't ask for permission, probably meaning he wouldn't have gotten the green card like I totally think he's really toxic and has no respect for what she wants at all, like I would've for sure would've talked to her but also I would also wanna ruin the proposal if it's not already ruined by the lack of respect for her wants and needs, and literally told her the whole story and asked if she really wanted such a toxic guy like that.
