Romans 3 kJV ✝️🩸 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 1 Corinthians 15 kJV 1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

To the skeptics of the 5 min time control: I have been watching instructional chess content on KZfaq for 14 years now. Starting all the way back with ChessExplained’s channel back in the day, which was STRICTLY 5 min games, 3 per video. As John Bartholomew started posting his infamous standard time control games, I fell in love that content format for a very long time, even into the modern Hikaru/Danya/Levi/ChessBrah era. However, if there’s one thing I learned from starting out with years of 5 min content, it’s that the volume absolutely makes up for the quality. Seeing SO many games, with a shorter lag time between opening/middle game choices and their consequences in the endgame, creates strong pattern recognition that standard time videos alone will not be able to achieve. Mixing both time controls into your video-watching regiment will gain you the most rating points. I promise! Give it a chance!

Even though you could have taken the Rook on a8 in the game against the d6/c6 defense, "showcasing" worked out very well I think. We got to see you make minor mistakes but to stay on point, recover, and deliver the win. Instructive content no matter what, thank you.

Big, big respect for walking through that upset loss. I'm 2100 USCF, and I cringe at the thought of me reviewing my worst upset losses, let alone sharing them publicly with others. Clearly that's the sort of mental block you gotta get through to get to a strong GM level. Huge props.

I'm finding the shorter game format of this new speedrun very good. You give us plenty of explanation upon completion of each game, And we get perhaps 3 games per video instead of only one. Plus, for better or worse, in practice many online players prefer blitz games rather than longer time controls. So they might as well learn how to play better at the time control they are most likely to actually use.

Ive got feedback that I didn't put on the last video - would you consider mixing up the opening repertoire between games like you did in older speedruns? I think it appeals to a wider audience and allows us to see a larger variety of types of positions. I personally found a lot more instructive value when you mixed it up. Thanks for the quality vids :)

Didn’t get a chance to write a comment on the last video but super excited to see some shorter games. I wonder if you could spend some time in this speed-run talking about making candidate move lists. Personally as an intermediate player I think the more moves I consider the more likely I am to choose a great move. It’s often less about deep calculation in 1 line and more about broadly looking at a position and being disciplined to look for multiple moves before making a decision. Love the content, thanks.

I think there was more time for reflection during the 10 or 15 min Speedruns, but nevertheless your teachings are simply the best. Entertaining and educationonal. It might be because the ratinglevel is more basic here. Or maybe less space for pedagogic qustions to the audience. Anyway you're by far the most inspiring teacher. Many thanks!!

Honestly here 22:04 as you said in the video i think it would have been easier to understand the conversion with knight takes rook, i love your videos and I think you add an excpetional educational value to the Chess world but sometimes i feel like during these sppedruns you could have played more at the level of you opponent so that people at that level could really grasp and take advantage of the situations that actually happen in their game. This is Just an observation that doesnt diminish your work and the instructional value of your videos!😊
