Now Bo, being 225 lbs running a 10.44, is fast for football, but it's not the fastest time for a RB. Jeff Demps 10.01 holds that title for RBs. Check out the Dolphins RBs. You can teach a faster squat a higher jump and quicker jump and a quicker muscle contraction. This doesn’t mean every able bodied man can run a 10.3 and a 4.3 but every single able bodied man can run a 4.5 and a 10.6 with enough training

Well really there is only one who is proven faster than Hayes. Hayes ran 100m in 10.06 on dirt and cinders. Jacoby Ford and Jeff Demps ran 10.01, Trindon Holliday ran 10.00, and Jim Hines ran 9.95. All of these times were on newer all weather tracks, which are faster than dirt and cinders. However, Hines ran 10.03 on dirt and cinders also.

Most of the guys don’t have time to train for the 100m as Bo played football and baseball season overlapped with track when he was at Auburn. *When do you think Bo trained to have the speed maintenance for the 100m*
