So this artistic genius alien was born to sporty parents who wanted him to become an athlete. Reaffirms my belief that life is about lessons, about learning to accept 'the other' and hence most children turn out to be the exact opposite of their parent's expectations. I don't know anything about Blixa's childhood, but he sure is showing a lot of pain when he's talking about it.

I'm in love!!! Especially when Blixa arches his eyebrows as he does... OMG be still my heart! I only know his music from Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, so I desperately need to gain an education with Einsturzende Neubaten! If it's anything like D.A.F. (whose music I already love), I'll be smitten with them too!

damals war er so um die 30, wäre mal interessant zu sehen, wie er heute mit einer solchen situation umgehen würde. er gilt ja nicht gerade als sonderlich kompromissbereit oder nachsichtig, wenn es um seine kunst geht (wie man zb in der doku "das letzte biest am himmel" (auch auf yt verfügbar) erfahren kann).

Für die meisten Interviewer wahrscheinlich nen schwieriger Typ. Mit für die meisten komischer Musik. Aber für mich kommt er sehr sympathisch rüber und was er sagt gegenüber den Schülern meint er auch so. Leider gibt's es solche Formate nicht mehr... Das eine ZDF Interview war zum fremdschämen...

Tja, jeder kann sich irren.. Peinlich (schmerzhaft) ist es schon eher, wenn man anderen Leuten vorschreibt was sie in diesem oder jenem Alter zu tun haben und was nicht. Das wäre faschistoid. Es gibt keinen richtigen Weg zu leben, manche Leute behaupten dies, im Grunde aber haben diese einfach keine Fantasie und/oder Machtausübungszwänge. Du sagst es nicht cherette1986, Du sagst es nicht..
