i have hard days.......but i come back to see him........take my energy and will.....he is an ICON of many generations.......amazing what a human can be.......i work in gym.......and i run almost every day 15 km........is hard and when it became harder....i ask myself.....what will Kevin do in this situation?...........and i regain my power to struggle again.......Kevin Levron.......my unknown teacher. Kevin standing next to Cedric looked cool, also Kevin Levrone held his own. I know he came up a bit short on the Arnold classic cause of the conditioning but when he did that other show a week later his conditioning and his legs looked much better! Had he looked like that at the Arnold his placing would have been higher.

Its just insane how big he was years ago then quit lifting for years and shrank and was very very tiny then blew up again! Yes he takes shit but the genetics with this dude are simply amazing! Like he said what takes him 9 months takes 98% of everyone else 3-4 years to get the gains like him! Fucking incredible! I wish I had those genetics! KZfaq videos when he was tiny, you won't even believe it's him.

Agree with you man, Kevin in his best shape, from front can compete even with Phil Heath..the problem are legs and back poses.. im sure he could get in top 3 if he brings his shape from 90s, with better legs, glutes and back !
