They literally are tearing her down while she’s being respectful of the other patients by not FULLY telling their stories and giving their names. You would think that people would be supportive of Trisha after she’s gone to a MENTAL HOSPITAL, but they’re literally nitpicking everything she has said. I’m so happy that public opinion has changed on her because all of these people leaving these hate comments are extremely ignorant and cruel.
@celedhion3 жыл бұрын
The biggest complaint people had seem to be her telling people’s stories? But that’s literally part of her experience? She’s retelling things that were told to her, and she’s telling them anonymously. She’s not saying names or giving detailed backstories. She’s recounting the experience of her time there and part of that is the people you interact with. This comment section is stupidly judgmental.

That is not mental issues People mistake it to be so which is stupid and brainwashed af

@@meralEdwtDawlatly depression and anxiety are not the only mental issues that exist. There are several illnesses that require medication for the person to get to a point where they can function and start the journey to recovery. Schizophrenia and psychosis, bipolar disorder, OCD... not to mention a ton of others. Yes you can argue that self awareness and self refection are crucial to healing no matter the illness but come on praying is not gonna get you far if you have a chemical imbalance. Be real.

tbh being in a "mental hospital" for 48 hours is not a mental hospital... like you wouldn't know what would be helpful for a mental institution being there for 48 when others have been there for months. Also anyone who has actually been through the system would know we don't call it a "mental hospital". You were admitted into a hospital for 48 hours and released. idk i just get so bothered when I literally took a whole two weeks and went to an inpatient unit and then spent 4 months in an outpatient unit after but you were there for 48 hours and act like you've seen it all

i’m not embarrassed to say that i can relate and second that this is all true. i was held in an impatient mental rehab facility for 23 days. i stayed there while i had awful nicotine withdrawal, i was forced to strip my clothes every day so they could check for self harm cuts or bruises, and was forced to eat all meals and openly talk about things i didn’t want to. mental hospitals are real shit, they don’t play and i wasn’t allowed to leave until they said so. they are nothing to be ashamed of. for anyone else that has been, you can understand the wonders they do to help your life, going into the hospital i didn’t want to live, i self harmed 3 times a day, and now, i’m better than ever. i’m happy for trish for getting help and i’m happy for myself too :)

Lol when you believe a KZfaqr that constantly lies so you put your life out on the internet so she can just sit back and laugh at you behind the scenes.

13:43 Personally, I don't think one must tell EVERYTHING to everybody. Sometimes, it's good to keep a little mystery. Besides, providing such personal information to anyone or everyone, may cause the wrong people or guy to use it against you. Especially, if you're one to insistently put yourself in a "victim" mentality. Being an open book, may at times backfire.

Its hard to talk about it. The fact that she was able to put it all in one video is amazing. It took me a few videos to tell the story

When I went even I wasn’t that bad, I was escorted by the police and I made no fuss over it, I never bragged at school or wanted attention. I don’t know why she wants attention so bad.

Hey man if you think it's a fucking joke to stay in a mental prison "
@hollistergirls0987655 жыл бұрын
As someone who has been hospitalized, 72 hours is not even close to enough time to understand it. Also your experience was significantly different from mine so naming the video as though you know what it’s like for everyone is just wrong. This is a very sensitive topic for a lot of people and I’m honestly annoyed you’re writing a book on something you dont know enough about. I would have respected you telling your personal story but I don’t appreciate feeling generalized. At least you kept your phone and they gave you the option not to shower. You received a lot that many people do not and you still sit here and say how awful and how much of a prison it is. Then you make fun of how people look when you arrive. You said many insulting things and references then tried to pass them off as a joke but it wasn’t funny. Being hospitalized literally saved my life and you’re making it into a terrible thing. Many people are terrified of hospitals because of stories like this and then they don’t get the help they need. This video isn’t just annoying it is infuriating and kind of insulting. Please know what you’re talking about next time you try and generalize such a sensitive topic.
