It’s funny how Randall the Korean is eating with a fork and Melissa the Cuban is eating with chopsticks. They really embraced each others cultures hahaha

Glad to know both Cuban and Korean cultures also cook with oxtail! Here in the Philippines we also have a dish called "Kare-kare" which is an oxtail stew in a peanut-based sauce. 🇵🇭🇨🇺🇰🇷

It would be fun for someone to shoot a video of the entire cast of the Blockbuster show go up to Bend, Oregon, the real-life last remaining Blockbuster video store and actually work there for one day along side the real-life employees. There is a documentary (currently on Netflix) about the real-life store and the life of the people who work there.

Mool Naengmyeon (Mool=water) is a cold noodle dish, broth is usually made of beef & vinegar as the main part. Noodles are made from buckwheat. Usually you add a boiled egg, slices of thinly cut beef & pickled radish. There's also bibim naengmyeon where instead of the cold beef broth you have gochujang, honey, & vinegar. Similar to bibimbap (mixed rice & veggies), you mix all the noodles, egg, radish, & beef together.

I'm Dominican 🇩🇴 and Cuban 🇨🇺, and Caribbean food is so good. If you want to try Ox tail, if there is a local Jamaican spot around you. They sell it, now Jamaicans tend to make it a bit spicer than us Hispanic Caribbean countries but it's still so good. But as far as Cuban sandwich, yeah that is going to be in a Cuban restaurant or a Hispanic Caribbean restaurant that makes it for you. In order to try the best one

Their show *BLOCKBUSTER* Kinda reminds me of another show called *Superstore* is it just me, or does America Ferrera’s Character ( Amy in *Superstore* ) and Melissa’s Character ( Eliza in *BLOCKBUSTER* ) have a lot of similarities, almost like their both playing the same character in different Sitcoms ? 🤔🤨

Typical Cuban to say her "Parents are Cuban" right after she had to admit she's Cuban. I live in Miami--I'm surrounded by Cubans that say they aren't Cubans but their parents are. They believe that if born in the US--they are Americans and do not refer themselves as Cubans. They are the ONLY Caribbean Latinos to do that. Also, if they leave Cuban and migrate to Russia---they are Russian. If they migrate to Spain--they are Spaniard. I get it. Fidel Castro and all. I just think they should be proud to say they are Cuban. Many "Cuban-born" Cubans have paved a way for all those Cubans born in the US and abroad. Pay homage to them and show gratitude for all they've gone through to help you by saying proudly, "I am Cuban, hear me Roar!"
