While they are at it, break up the floor and fix that hideous plumbing job. Those under floor junctions are all wrong if he is so easily backing up between the shower, toilet and sink. They probably used sanitary Ts when they should have used Ys. Edit: I didn't see he scoped it at the end. They didn't even use sanitary Ts, just regular T junctions. All wrong, just a hack job.
