... if you pull from the edge instead of the center, the grate is stronger in that area. Besides, there's a greater mechanical advantage to only lifting one side at a time. Probably could have gotten it moving with a 6 ft crowbar using the chain on a short cinch, maybe 6 inches from the end and a block of wood for a fulcrum.

As usual Ollie, you diagnose the issue and set about making the drain work as planned. SO. MUCH. MUD. Thinking here that a vacuum truck might have saved some mess. Great car wash service. And then more jetting!! What a day for us, Thanks.

All good. We skipped 666 so that must be a "devil" of a video. That plastic wheel thing looks like it was from a big roll of paper. The water looks strange, very high silt content, more like liquid mud than water. In the end, all good. Thanks Ollie and Ratty for a good video. Cheers from Canada to everyone.
