so, via my good friend who is a first-language welsh speaker, the pronunciation is blow-DAO-weth. the final th sound, the welsh "dd", is a hard, vibrating th, like in "that" or "the", not a soft th like in "thespian". also, the welsh double L, like in Lleu, is very hard to pronounce for non-welsh speakers but the closest way to think of it is as a "CL" sound, with the hard "C" being very softly pronounced. also worth mentioning that the "flower face" concept is tied to owls because well.. their faces look like flowers, with the ring of feathers. (another fun fact about owls being called hilariously literal names in other languages is that in chinese, an owl is a "mao tou ying/猫头鹰", which literally means "cat-head eagle.")
