Blood brother is one of my absolute favourite Tommy songs and I've been waiting for that video for so long man 😍 I'm absolutely stunned with how amazing you played this tune Tim. 🔥😳 Not only do you ALWAYS get the guitar tone right for every song, but you also play with so much passion and attention to detail, that it's almost unreal. Your videos are such a huge step up from all the other guitar tutorials I've seen, seriously :D can't say yet when I'll give this one a try, because my flatpicking skills are not that developed yet 😅 but this tune is so epic and powerful, I'll have to play it one day 😄

Thanks Kenni! This was a new song for me, it's from a period when I was following Tommy less actively... But I really enjoy playing it, it almost impossible not to get "into" it, to the extent that I actually played something completely different in the intro compared to what I explain in the lesson 😬

Another Tim Vanroy diamond gem. Excellent version. This song is so fun to play. I’ve been playing this one awhile and his videos always help me improve any Tommy song I learned on my own without the benefit of Tim’s lessons or help. His masterful attention to detail is always spot on. Thanks for posting this one Tim. Great job!!👍🏼👍🏼🙏😡I’m looking forward to improving my version.

I would think the "cost" is worth it in order to play like Tommy. It "cost' him plenty. I heard that for a time, Tommy practiced 16 hours a day. I don't know if it's true, just heard.

It's really pretty cover!! 2:49 just like everyone to play Tommy's tune... How...how Tommy use this damn it chord? 2:52 Finally!! I made it. Ok, now we can take up the next challenge... XD I think in some parts can use more punch. Like bass mix percussion, to make huge and heavy's tone. But I think you know that. Good job Tim, I need to learn more about your passion to Tommy. My English is not good, hope I can convey it correctly.

Your English is more than good enough to get the message across, no worries! Those massive chords are something that Tommy seems to pull out of his hat at will, and he doesn't realize how hard most of us struggle with those shapes! 🤣🤣

Perfectly played and a beautiful guitar. At first I thought it was an OM 45. But the binding on the headstock and the vertical lettering are missing. I would be very interested to know which model and year of manufacture it is.
