Blood culture detected MDR Pseudomonas Aeruginosa 23/10/2022 to 29/10/2022 colistimethate sodium 4.5 iu given for 7 day antibiotics course complete. 27/102022 CBC report shows ANC 12,060 & WBC 14,890. HOW many day required to neutrophils to normal. 7/11/2022 Mild Fever up down. How do we sure infection is clearly out.
