na i only use ankh on the IG build with SH and on FS build i use tanglevine amulet, haven't tried the endless thirst to give a proper opinion on it but i didnt like it too much from the few times i used it i guess im just used to my potion CDs

only tondo & flurry bleed work for the finish consumption, but jagged does work to proc the 15% extra damage to bleeding targets perk

will have to wait and see to test a few thing but for sure the ring artifact will be part of new setup =]

Gold isn’t super easy to get when you’re brand new, but playing the game you’ll net enough gold to get / make the pieces yourself or buy them outright from a crafter. Level the season pass and you can get the empress Zhou set with the mutated dark materia you get. You can then just add shirking heals on it as you get the money for the kiln craft. Shirking heals is important to the build and perfect gear is a nice boost to your survivability and consistency, but I think it’s important to remember “it’s not the capability of the tools but the craftsmen” def just try playing with what you can get. Sure it will be harder than if you had the “optimal” gear but think of it as a reward for reaching the end. Personally at the end of the day it’s about the love of the game and def improvement. Getting good with using evade as an additional i-frame dodge, flourish as a movement tool, spinning with shower to get targets that are on opposite sides of you, all of it comes with time, and learning the skills and fundamentals are the rewarding part.

This is so true! Playing a build that you enjoy the feel of or the aestethics ot whatever really helps motivating you to become better. And then gear aint all that important. Practice practice practice!

some really good tips and encouragement up here ^ i completely agree, but if you are looking for some other perks more accessible that you might have already, the best option would be enchanted ward in my opinion but still try to work towards shirking heals as a goal i would say =] some easy enchanted ward + refreshing pieces you can farm azoth crystal set nwdb.info/db/item/lighthands_azothcrystal

@@lienkslang i dont know what it is but try 250 dex/250 int 150 con, its pretty much the same bleed damage but gives more base damage to rapier to make up for the gem damage nerf, it feels good after patch right now im trying it, easier to trade with 150 con too since bleeds arnt killing bruisers anymore with 30% slash resist, let me know what u think might have to make another update 😂😅

@@caniix I don't know why they nerf a build like the rapier bled build like that... bleed resistance... yes that's the big problem in the game. not the sns players or the medical spear players who can easily autoattack you until you die. The bows are certainly not in perfect condition (not). but tell people that 3× refreshing is enough. the mastermind ring already has one refreshing

I mean, blood letting increases the dmg of finish (the last hit). That's why we use it. Not because of longer dots. If it wouldn't help to increase the dmg, I wouldn't care about how long the dot stays on. Not the lenght of the dot (tondo) is what increases the dmg. Burning does the same thing on fs btw but it isn't as good as using fire dmg. We don't know if it isn't stated or if it is an unintended effect. But this is why we use it.

@@moo8698 bleed time does affect the damage of finish, if there is 20 seconds of bleed time it will do more finish damage than if there is 15 seconds, thats why we tondo just before the finish to reset all stacks back up to 20 seconds, without blood letting we lose about 1s of bleed time which isnt much but blood letting is mandatory becuase of this meta vigor and desert sunrise which will reduce our bleed time further meaning the finish damage is less

for sure viable if you prefer it over shower =]

As soon as u see the red animation from tondo, u can use evade to cancel the rest of animation

probably the highest skill cap build in the game no need to be too hard on yourself haha, needs alot of hours and things like FS and range builds are cancer to come up against hence why sometimes i would use the fire staff myself over the IG to be able to contest those players

@@caniix Shirking Heals! I've only been using it in Arena and just feel a lot of fights don't last long enough to get much use out of it.

@@dez_7425 yeah with the fire staff i found i get more value with ench ward or elem aversion because most of the damage i will take is at range and maybe burnout into them for the finish only Just using SH with IG build because of the stall potential IG has and the synergy SH with it and also being able to proc in entomb
