@2JOHNNYT it all begins with the intent, a true intent to want to bring all your negative thoughts and fears and phobias etc to the surface and purge yourself of them, once u make that internal intent a major part of your thought process, then you start to see yourself recovering from all the negatives u have suppressed in your subconscious and u will live a more free and blissful life, i have started with my strong intent and i am working on bringing to the surface that i could face and let go

@paralies I dont waste my times on people with pure anecdotes, and no proof. So unless you have some serious data, dont bother. Will save both of us some precious time.

@paralies Any kind of research at all? As you, I can also claim aliens being coupling with humans for the last 50 years, and refer to anectodal proof. Do you have any serious scientific source at all?
