Автор вводит в заблуждение. Этот рецепт не снижает сахар тем более мгновенно. Ингредиенты не повышают сахар на фоне отсутствия углеводов в рецепте. Попробуйте есть одни огурцы или помидоры или просто пить воду и сахар повышаться не будет.
