they won’t, not as bhg. there’s a ton of personal reasons, and jimmy pop implied to me recently that he doesn’t want to do any more work for this band :( which i get, as an artist you can’t be limited to one thing for 31 years without getting burnt out. unfortunately what we have now is all we will get, but fortunately there are loads of old demos and albums as well as b-sides that will always keep their music fresh to our ears ^-^

@@kmbdbob well i mean, if you were shoved into a box and forced to do the same thing for over three decades, wouldn’t you want to do something else too? he went thru some shit after this last album, he’s much more reserved now, he’s also 50 this year, and his old band isn’t interested in making music anymore. he is still doing music so at least we have that but remember, this was this dude’s band originally and he can end it whenever he wants. don’t be so spoiled as to say “boohoo” when he’d probably say the same thing back to you because he finished all his contracts, he paid his dues, he gave us 5 studio albums, so he doesn’t really owe us shit anymore lol he’s a lucky man to have been able to retire so young and he should enjoy it

+Zachary Schurr This is what happens when an American band goes to the EU circuit for 6+ years, different audience and peer influences make for a different sound. Especially when the only original member of the band left is Jimmy Pop, and their lead guitarist left just before they started making Hard Off (An album that was 2 years later from what we were all told). So just do what I do, blame Germany for the simple House beats and New Wave style.

+Mark Williams They did electro kind of stuff in their earlier albums too e.g. I'm the least you could do, Screwing you on the beach, Right turn Clyde. Not sure why you blame everybody else instead of the band itself for producing this album. Personally I do not like all songs of Hard Off but 'We're gonna bringe the party to you' really reminds me of OFBC. :)

Nessiable If you dip a donut into coffee, and it breaks off and falls in, do you blame the donut or do you blame the coffee? Or do you fish the donut bits out and eat it anyway because you like donuts? Some of the album is great but it was not what a lot of their old fans were expecting I would guess.
