@@iqbalprasadana5208 i wasnt specifically referring to easter eggs, but more like silly things in the previous games like a teddy bear filled with iron sand, a literal creampie as a subweapon, being able to see up Persephones skirt with a vacuum cleaner and so on and so forth :P also there are numerous references to other games, one examole is Twinbee and Vic Viper appearing as hidden items in OoE :P so yea Castlevanis is full of fun easter eggs and silly things, which makes it that much better to me ^_^

@@bergonath8851 No, that'd be Metroid itself. Symphony of the Night built upon a foundation which Metroid itself started. Super Metroid is almost arguably even more influential than Castlevania SOTN is to indie devs delving in the genre to this day.

That's that universe's Alucard (not related as far as I know). No, seriously, looks almost the same, has literally the same voice actor, is encountered like the Master Librarian from Symphony of the Night (complete with being able to bash his chair against the ceiling from the room below). Even the ability to stop time (while also being a shout out to Dio because O.D., D.O., can't tell me it isn't) is just the stopwatch from Castlevania in more potent form.

With how many abilities there are, the whips act as a 180 hit and there is a special attack you can do that always crit, it's Quarter circle forward + 2 (for me that is) and you do like a downward strike that places a stationary tornado, best to master the ability that way you can can use it on all whips, same with eleventh hour with katanas, it's so helpful

Well, there is a wide variety of weapons in this game and am sure u will find what suits u the best, if u're taking about upward range u can try Great swords maybe.

@panther9987, I got it from a code, because I am a backer. I don't remember if it's out on consoles, yet. You have to go to Lindsay in Arvantville and select the 'Avenge the death of Julius' quest. Then, you go to the room where you fought Gebel and Iga is there.

There's is no dlc for purchase anywhere, it's gonna be free updates along the way. I haven't seen a single dlc yet myself in europe

As a backer, I think the decision was made to only give this DLC to backers at first, then later have it available to everyone else.

@@ademirmochi5423 I didn't have Carabosse 99. All you have to do is the secret Joestar technique. If you don't know what that is: run away from him, stand on top of the crate one room over, and crouch hit until he dies. He has to be on the same ground level as you to curse you.

In a way Miriam is kind of like Bloodstained’s equivalent to Shanoa. I wanna say they’re both the same age as well. But also plays a bit like Soma because the shard system is so much like the souls in Dawn of Sorrow and because she has physical weapons where as just about everything Shanoa does costs MP in her game.

You get the medal for not getting hit. That fire move that goes all around might be a bit tricky to avoid but it’s definitely possible.

Just bought Iga's back pack DLC last night. The real nasty secret behind this boss is that downloading him adds, "always online DRM" to your save file, which means that you are unable to load your save file when you're offline. The horror behind all this is when they pull the plug on their server. You can pretty much kiss your saved file goodbye. "What a horrible night to have this curse..."

Matthew Concepcion If you enter your name at the start of the game as Akuma it’s the closest weapon I’ve seen resembling Alucards Sword although I’m pretty sure I’d rather have OD’s sword. :)

It was a day 1 DLC on the PC port. They made mention of Angry Joe by saying they wouldn't be a Corporate Commander by charging for all the DLC but this one was specifically backer exclusive so paying customers had to throw down a bit extra for it.

The best money exploit is fighting Millionaire's Bane with the highest Luck you can get. You're almost guaranteed a 777 everytime you fight it.

Late reply, but it was added so non-backers could also play against him and get the Sword Whip. To be fair, the price was put at $10, which is what the backers paid.

Sucks how innocent some contracts are but youll end up with no rights to a product you created. Same with bands. Doesnt matter if you created those songs. Once you leave, they have all the rights to use the band's name and the song. I feel bad for Iga losing his life's work to Konami. But hey this swan song of a game proved who's the real deal in these games
