((Jeff and friends)) starts shooting at yellow shorts.. they start shooting. The guy gets hit 2-4 times before he even notice they shooting at him. While running Jeff is already chasing him dumping. By the time the guy get up the stairs Jeff stands over him, when whoever had sites on Jeff starts shooting at him. While he’s dumping over yellow shorts. My guess is Jeff didn’t even realize he was being shot at until he got back in the car and realized he couldn’t breathe after his adrenaline dumped
