A lot of hard work! Great how your videos deal with the whole process from ordering, sowing and preparing the finished bouquet of flowers. I enjoyed seeing the Pig and the Alpacas making a guest appearance! Great video, hope you get to 10,000.

Don’t worry about masking the glass. Any spots of paint that get on it can scrape off easily with a razor blade once it’s dried.

Hello from Cornwall (although I’m originally from Barnsley). Really loving your channel and it’s been brilliant for helping establish my own cutting garden. Thanks for all the great tips!

Looks like you've hit 10k now, CONGRATULATIONS!! It has been great to see how much you've grown since I started following you last year! And thanks for the motivation, my greenhouse is also a graveyard of brown plants and it was so nice to see yours all clean and fresh for the next round of sowing. I need to get to work tomorrow!

The seed compost that’s like a bag of sand might be usable mixed with peat or other compost and used to propagate cuttings as they like a sandier mix. Or even used in soil blocks. I use a little sand in my soil blocks and it works well in the tiny size soil blocks. I had trouble finding fine enough perlite for those, and the bigger lumps weren’t great for the stability of the tiny blocks, so I switched to a more sandy mix and happy with it,

Cerinthe, whilst some websites only list the Spring sowing dates, they are hardy down to minus 5 and will self seed. Higgledy garden says on their website that they sow a batch direct in Sept. The Thompson Morgan website recommends sowing in Sept Oct, and I’ve seen them listed amongst the Lisa Mason Ziegler inspired “Cool flowers” recommendations for indoor sowing in autumn. I’m gonna be sowing a few this week in a cold frame and doing the rest direct in Spring.

Hi great to see you back again, I have never sown seeds during the winter months, silly question but do the only grow so big then stop in the cold , and how do you stop them from freezing over the winter months , I can see this method will save a lot of time , thanks Hun jo busy doing a flower list lol

Hi Sarah, Cerinthe is a hardy annual. To -5 so if you were going to overwinter it in the greenhouse or tunnel it will be fine. I'm in Ireland and mine have self seeded and grow outside and flower earlier the next year. I will grow another batch in trays in the polytunnel too

Woohoo 10k! Congrats. I'm having major greenhouse envy. I think your big trays might be the size of my whole greenhouse 😂 I think the cerinthe would be fine in the greenhouse to overwinter and go out late winter/early spring for early foliage filler. They're chunky little seedlings though so may be straight into pots.

Congrats on hitting 10k. I joined in when you were just under 3K! I love your videos, your frankness re.successes & failures. 2 quick questions…is the euphorbia you mentioned ‘euphorbia oblongata’? Beautiful! And do you grow Ammi major and visnaga?or just one, & why? Am trying to decide which to try…maybe both!
