2007 was a great year for games. Same year I got my first console. But we didn’t have the money at the time for a new Xbox 360 so I had to settle for a PS2. While all my friends were playing MW1, COD WaW, and MW2 as soon as they came out I was stuck playing COD 2 Big Red One, COD 3, COD Finest Hour, and COD WaW Final Fronts. By the time Christmas of 2010 came my parents finally had enough income to buy me the new Xbox 360 S. I had also saved up my own money and immediately bought MW1, COD WaW, and MW2, plus the newly released Call of Duty Black Ops and even old regular COD 2. I swear I did nothing but play COD games for that entire year until Skyrim came out.

Dude i remember sitting around the family computer with my friends during sleep overs playing the earlier versions of bloons TD trying to decide what our strategy would be and how to figure out to beat the levels.

I dunno how or when I found these games but it always feels really cool to find out how many other people out there know about it. “Not so hidden gem”

My first Bloons game was Bloons TD Battles, where me and my friends would play 1 match against each other through multiple periods at school, trying to stack up the most amount of currency with the banana factories and then see who'd get the super monkey first and obliterate the other with like 30 consecutive green MOABs... It got to the point where my phone was destroyed and I had no phone to play it on, so I installed an android simulator on my PC just so I could play Bloons TD Battles... A few years later a different friend gifted me Bloons TD 6 and I didn't like it at all, it's like a far cry from what Battles was to me, I tried playing it for a while, even co-op, but it was just quite boring, because the main focus was you vs the bloons, no longer you vs the other guy, both of you struggling against the bloons and against each other.

What.... well I see Seth's video first then this got recommended to me.

This showed up in my recommended and I had no clue that Bloons TD games were this huge, I just remember playing Bloons TD 5 on my ipad in 7th grade and getting detention for it and continuing to play once I was out of detention, as well as playing it at my friend's place whenever we'd hang out in 6th grade. The fact that so many people know about the game and love it without me ever knowing makes me monkey

Bloons TD and just the Bloons series were amazing timekillers back in highschool, indeed. Personal favorite was Bloons TD 4

The Gatling monkey is my favorite tower, but when I played btd in its btd 5 and monkey city days, the game being banana farm meta made Gatling awkward to use since its two different things that need to be managed during the rounds instead of before and after rounds.

the multiplayer in this game is great. i highly recommend yall to grab a couple friends and just team up in coop. its really fun to have everyone doing their own thing. one just a fuck-ton of farms, one with apache prime, and one with about 20 tack shooters
