"Wet" means that something has water on it. Each molecule of water has other water molecules on it, so yes, water has to be wet unless we're talking about one water molecule all by itself!

I think the guest is offered a game of their choice. I don't know how they decide to play a game or not, but I think at least one, maybe two guests (over the years) have muttered something like, "Why did I choose this?" Michelle Pfeiffer I think chose the smelling game (more like they designed the game around her humblebrag, only to fail miserably at it).
