Since it's not in the original video description... The Blowering Dam is a major ungated rock fill with clay core embankment dam with concrete chute spillway across the Tumut River upstream of Tumut in the Snowy Mountains region of New South Wales, Australia. (That's what Wikipedia say anyway :)

Maybe when making these post that the location is mentioned? It's in NSW Australia west of Canberra.
