The plaintiff says her upstairs neighbor, the defendant, poured cocoa powder into her air conditioner and fried it. The police saw the security footage and agreed it was intentional. Now the defendant won’t buy her a new unit, so she’s suing. The defendant says she bought sugar-free cocoa for her son, but he didn’t like it and he poured it out the window so she wouldn’t find out. She’s countersuing for plumbing costs and emotional distress.

I’m glad the the plaintiff won the case, but I don’t care for the way JM handled this at all. There is absolutely *NO* evidence that the plaintiff ever did anything mean, nasty, or retaliatory towards the defendant, or her children. The defendant is an absolute fool for thinking that it’s okay actually call the police on someone for speaking in tongues! WHO does that? Yet, JM sat there and listened to her entire ridiculous statement about being fearful that the plaintiff might be doing “voodoo” on her because she was pregnant…despite her having already said it was tongues, and not some “voodoo” spell. Hell, I’m offended that she even called it voodoo! Why does it have to be voodoo…because the plaintiff is a Black woman? 🙄 JM listened to ALL of that NONSENSE, but as soon as the plaintiff started trying to explain to her why she began praying after the defendant locked her out of the building, JM cut her off, and told her that neither of them was being very “godly”. I think she was biased in her treatment of the plaintiff, and even though her judgment was just, she couldn’t hide that bias.

I pay 35k in taxes in Canada, annually, on my 135k income and you don’t see me using it as an opportunity to talk myself up every time (I.E. look at this poor person using my government taxes for X). @@nekea93 Mom is a liar and a deadbeat. She couldn't have brought any evidence even if her life depended on it. She's a bum who refused to take responsibility for her actions..she is now teaching her son to be the same way. Really surprised with four kids that she has the time to play back n forth with that woman..cuz I def believe there's more going on, these women are childish and petty. If her damaged it she needs to pay for it and move on with her life. Just curious as to how she has so much time on her hands. Heck how they both have so much time. Are they working? Or are WE taxpayers paying so much of their rent for them, that now they don't need to worry about working? Cuz one lady is running around everywhere in her robe! Cuz too lazy to get dressed, people aren't ur family members, no one wants to see you roaming around everywhere in ur dirty robe and Nikes or house slippers! Seriously. I mean that, I wouldn't want to see it. And shouldn't she be in the shower getting ready for work? Or is she actually retired from working a job for 20 plus years? Or living off us tax payers for some fake disability check? Jus sayn, seems like too much time on her hands to me. Volunteer at a charity center, they always need people to help give back to society that handed out to them before. Jus sayn. She seems healthy to me and able bodied why so much free time roaming in ur PJ's that people don't need to be seeing anyway. As for other baby momma, four friggin kids, how this Beotch even got time to breathe? She should be busy all the dam time. Making breakfast, organizing kids daily school stuff, washing tons of clothes, working 8 hours a day, attending school functions, volunteering in her kids classrooms, after school sports and other activities, grocery shopping, preparing dinner, sitting with kids assisting them with their homework, checking their work for corrections, giving them work assignments on the nights they don't have any homework, washing dishes, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows and window sills, ironing their school clothes, wipe down walls, teach kids how to do the chores like fumigating the bathroom. Read them bedtime story, and wake up doing it all over again. So again, how does this stupid Beotch have so much time on her hands? Jus sayn, why isn't she tired enough? She should barely even see this lady. UNLESS, she's another deadbeat living on our hard earned tax money too? Getting our tax money food stamp card, getting our taxpayer cash to pay her rent for her, getting our taxpayer cash to give to her so that she can run around acting like a got dam fool. She needs to pay what she owes.
