It really just depends on the scenario, if traveling from island to island portal is fastest, if it is traveling between 2 walls spring does really well, if it is a short distant race, rubber may win, long distance Kitsune may win. It depends on the rules and the situation you are in.

Many fruits, such as dragon and control weren’t being used at their full potential, as dragon’s untransformed flight would be faster, and if control had fully held the zone then teleported it would have beaten dough.

Yea there are some flaws within the race like flamme is faster when used by someone who know that it has a speed boost at the beginning of the flight, or venom low health is way faster, control can’t spawn his room before the race when rubber can leopard can dash and not T. rex or any other none flight fruit and Santa hat grant 30% speed just a couple of flaws

actually speed does matter in a race its actually about how fast the object or item goes but overall accelerationis the main part of the race here so rubber wins no matter kinda of overtake it is its all about acceleration
