Bloxorz is one of my favorite games that I used to play on Cool Math Games. When I was a kid, I never beat it a single time. But now, it's time to speedrun. Welcome to one of the most satisfying speedruns I've ever completed.

Honestly, for games like this it seems relatively simple once you learn the total moveset your piece can do, and how to accomplish it. You only have so many kind of rotation moves you can make,. Therefore, simply decide how many you want your player to have to make, and then do that many on a blank canvas with some movement spaces thrown in, in this game those straight-aways/zig-zags, and tada, puzzle made. It's simply a maze where you recreate the path the original person took. easier mazes include less rotation moves and more space to do the moves in. This doesn't make the puzzles less impressive, but it's definitely an easy route to do them en masse.

Bloxorz was way too stressful for me when I was younger, and looking at this video I can conclude that it's still way too stressful for me now. I liked Briker 2 (same mechanics, different aesthetics) a little better (still didn't get very far though) because it had a really neat music track that I still remember to this day.

I wasn't really great at this game when I played this, but I enjoyed every second of it. There was always something i loved about turning into the cubes and then finding a better way then just sliding all the way to the exit as one then switching to the other. it's crazy how 3 minutes and already so many of the stages are passed; it's great. Definately a trip down memory lane.
