i have a Blue Diamond Severe Duty brush cutter also. i am curious, having hit some old farm implements accidentally, can the blades be sharpened with a grinder effectively in the field? Or do they have to be replaced?

I don’t have a Blue Diamond but on my cutter you can. If the blades are severely damaged then you may have to replace them. Just remember to block up the cutter before you crawl under it or however you chose to work on it.

Yes it works great I’ve used a grinder to sharpen the blades but I have not yet sharpened the smaller teeth on top…just haven’t tried it yet.

That a a lot of volume and size. Seems like it would tear up the machine. Lot of shaking in video.
