Man I'm so happy for Snubby J. I first saw him when that dorm talent show video went viral, and have followed along ever since. It's really awesome to see him finding his own place and getting to see the amazing creative thinking that goes into Blue Man from behind the scenes. My #iBlueMyself story came in 2007 or 2008 I think? My brother gave me a hard drive loaded with a whole heap of videos. Amongst it was the How To Be A Megastar Live tour. I had heard about Blue Man Group only ever in passing, or being parodied. I immediately put it on and immediately fell in love. I was obsessed. I bought the album and listened to it for days, showing it to everyone, and asking my percussion teacher if we could cover one of the songs. I was so happy when an Australian tour was announced. I had shown my mum the Megastar show, and she too fell in love with it. She bought us tickets and flights for my birthday so we could go to Sydney. It was incredible. I couldn't describe what I was seeing. I bought front row tickets the next day for Melbourne. Still super sad that the show got cancelled, but insanely happy and thankful I saw it in Sydney. Would love for Blue Man to tour again, or for myself to be able to go overseas and work on one of the shows (as I'm now a trained theatre technician)

That was the best thing I have ever watched I’m a massive blue man group fan and I wanted to say thank you to you guys for letting my favourite KZfaqr snubby j being a part of it he inspired me to build a pvc instrument and thanks blue man for creating the PVC my fav instrument.

I blue myself when I was very young. My dad got a dvd of The Complex tour, and I watched that thing every day. I still have it today, and it’s in prestine condition. I think that dvd is what inspired me to start drumming and to be creative. When I saw Blue Man Group live in Universal Studios, I felt like I was on the top of the world.

August 2010 . First time in Orlando. Pressured into buying tickets for BMG . One of our best decisions ever . 2019 seen the show 11 times now and done the backstage vip tour at Orlando twice ........ even witnessed a marriage proposal backstage . Blue man group is our happy place 💙💙💙

That was a very nice video. I remember watching snubby about 11 years ago or so. I originally was trying to find out how to make a repair with PVC piping at home and stumbled upon Snubby and especially the Blue Man Group. I even went to one of your shows in Philadelphia, Pa. about 11 years ago or so. I will never forget that great evening.

To cool!!!! Back in May of 2001 My aunt and uncle took me to Vegas for my 21 birthday. The only thing I wanted to do was see the blue man group. It was a killer show. In high school and college I work on theatre shows, like working the fly or building sets. Well that’s my story.

My “iBlueMyself” moment was very similar to Kent’s, except for that after I saw a blue man group dvd for the first time and being completely blown away, I then saw Kent’s videos and was like “You can make your own set of pvc’s??!” And now I’m here lol

I think my "iBlueMyself" story comes from a more traditional place. Specifically, the way I discovered BMG in the first place. I bought the first Pure Moods CD album on a whim, and I was listening to it, just generally enjoying it... and then this quiet BUM-bum-ba-bum-ba-bum-ba-bum-ba-ba-ba-BUM-bum-ba-bum-ba-bum-ba-bum percussion started. It made me sit up straight in my chair, hearing Synaesthesic for the first time. Subtle, rich, and ohhhhh, so smooth. I instantly became a big fan of the group, because it was so different than anything I'd heard before, and upbeat at the same time. How big a fan? Let's just say that when I went to meet my girlfriend in person, our first date night was at the Astor Theater in NYC to see BMG perform live.

I see that Snubby J have 3 times the KZfaq subscribers that the Blue Man Group does. Perhaps Snubby J should be featuring Blue Man Group rather than the other way around?
