That design has been used by Shyler for quite some time now. I have at least 4 of her patterns using that design. Tops, dresses, shrugs, etc.

Going way too fast on row three for me to follow. I would like to see the times given as a link to when each row is done so I can find it easily. Beautiful pattern but following it difficult.

Go to settings (the gear in the upper right corner), go to playback speed, select setting that works best. I used ".75x" it seemed to equal my stitch speed.
