How is possible to have development charges more then the plot price. I got plot with 2800000 while development charges are 3500000 which is more than actual plot price. This is not fair at all. We are not requestung for “insani hamdardi.” We are are requesting for fair charges whichh should be less than plot price.

Mjhe 2 lakh rup marla lagaya gya h..2019 ki booking ko khud bwc ne late kr k file 6 months baad di ..is me mera ya degar is tarah k clients ka to koi Qusor nhi h.. Doosri bat ye k hum jese early customers jo Covid se bhi pehle jb bwc kuch bhi nahi tha..hum jese early birds ko bhi per marla 2 lack ya 1.75 lack per marla DC..Ye bht bari ziadti h sir.. Is per bat karen sir pls Abhi to management ne Sazae maut dikha kr Umar Qaid pe razi krny ki koshish ki h...hmen to koi relief nhi h is Sab scenario me.. Khudara Apny Starting k (2018 to 2020) k clients k oper rehm karen Ham hi logo ne Bwc ko Abad aur Market kiya..Hum hi log buray waqt me kharay rahy..itna kuch bardasht kiya..aur sath nhi chora phir b..lekin aj 5 sal bad ye ??? We went to try and merge our plot. We have many plots and one we put 700000 rupee in, we wanted to merge it. they told us they would only give us 273000 for merging back and will keep the rest. This is daylight robbery. They could ask for a fee to merge but to steal our money like that? Because nobody wants to buy ur plots so you put this policy? It’s totally unacceptable.

Asslaamoalaikum. Nasir bhai meri 3 Sports Valley ki aur 1 Water Front ki multiple files hain. Aap ki video dakhi thi. Ma na Blue World City ka aik employ sa inn ki aik hi file ma merging ka hawalay sa batt ki too uss na kaha ka inn dono blocks ki merging abhi open nahi hoi. Meray liyay sab files ko chalana mushkil ha. Aap Saad sahab sa request karain ka inn 4 files ko aik ma merge karwa dain (actual paid amount hi, without deduction ho jai too maharbani ho gi). Shukria.

Discount on development charges should not be on need basis. Rather it should be the minimum percentage of the original plot price.
