dhanda he per ghanda hy yea, you said right , 5000 plots ko posation milay, and devleopment charges un pe lago hn, jis ka plot ready ho jaye us ko develpment charges lagnay chyee, baharia town phase 8 extension , also imposed development charges, on 10 marla plot they imposed 13 lakh almost , and in BWC they imposed on 7 marla plot 14lakh plus charges

پانچ مرلہ پہ ڈیویلپمنٹ چارجز اور ہونے چاہیے 10 مرلے پہ اس سے کم اور کنال پہ اس سے کم زیادہ فرق ڈالنا چاہیے اس میں ۔صرف پانچ دس ہزار کا فرق نہیں ہونا چاہیے بڑے پلاٹس میں زیادہ فرق ہونا چاہیے ۔کیونکہ پانچ مرلہ کو بھی گلی دینی ہے اس میں سیوریج ڈالنی ہے اور ایک کنال میں بھی یہی کام ہونے ہیں اتنا زیادہ فرق نہیں ہونا چاہیے چارجز میں

ناصر بھائی شکریہ آپ کا ہمارے لئیے آواز اٹھانے کا۔ لیکن اس پلاٹ کے بھی چارجز مانگ رہے ہیں جہاں کچھ بھی کام نہیں ہوا۔ مثال کے طور پر جرنل بلاک سیکٹر 12 میں کچھ کام نہیں لیکن ہیسے مانگ رہے ہیں اس طرح اور بھی بہت سے بلاک ہیں جہاں ڈیولیپمنٹ کا نام و نشان نہیں ابھی تک اور چارجز لگا دیے۔ ہم لوگوں نے غلطی کردی پہلے پہمنٹ کرکے بیلٹنگ میں آ گئے۔

Balloting k badh bhi onground kisi block ka kuch pata nahi chal raha.. general block sector 6 k badh kisi block ka kuch nahi pata . Development charges mai koi kami nahi hui to kis baat ki khushkhabri.. plots to yay 5 saal mai bhi deliver nahi karpaengay.. charges maximum 1lac honay chaheyay.. is say zyada bht zyadati hai .

Na he NOC hai, na he development us raftaar say hai jis say honi chaheye thi, 6 saal say is society nay 2 roads bnaye hai, aur 100% wo bhi develop nahi hai, BWC claim karti hai kay inkay pas 1 lakh kanaal zameen hai, jb kay develop to 1000 kanaal bhi nahi hai, baaki 99 hazaar aagay 100 saal mai hoga??

ناصر بھائی اپ نے بہت اچھی باتیں کی اگر مینجمنٹ ان باتوں پر غور کر لے تو غریب عوام کو بہت ریلیف ملے گا. مینجمنٹ کو چاہیے جن کی دو فائلز ہیں ان کو موقع دیں کہ وہ اپنی فائل کو دوسری میں مرج کر سکیں اس طرح وہ اپنی کاسٹ اف لینڈ اور ڈویلپمنٹ چارجز دونوں کلیئر کرلیں چاہے وہ دو مختلف بلاک کی فائل ہی کیوں نہ ہو.

My plot in District 8 overseas block. This sector is still un-developed area. I hardly paid last baloon payment on 12th June before the due date i.e 18.6.24. Immediately development charges schedule imposed in my ledger Rs.58334/- p.m and due date fixed as 10.6.24 which is unjustified unlawful and harassment of bonafide members who fully paid their cost of lands within the 4 years plan. Moreover they imposing late payment surcharge on per day bases without waiting the offer of lumpsum payment upto 30th June,2024. This attitude and rudeness behavior not tolerable. We feel the management is not sincere to obtain NOC. We afraid our investment in plot perhaps goes in well. Suddenly we saw news that they left Dubai.

Yes fully agreed with you. Specially for those who don't have the money for development Charges and have more than one Plot must allow to merge other Plots in one. Otherwise keep in mind that nobody will pay these development Charges. And we the Pioneers of this Society would stand with the Members and not with the Management of BWC.

In 2019, I purchased an 8 marla general block in Phase BWC. After 5 years, I exchanged it for a 7 marla overseas block. The full cost of the land had been paid. Unfortunately, upon attempting to sell the property, I incurred a significant loss of 50%.

I would to make a point that cost of land for a 5 marla commercial cannot be 47.5 lac. This amount includes a very big percentage of profit which is enough to cover the development charges,so why is BWC charging 6 Lac per marla for development charges. How is it possible that residential plots cost 2 lac per marla to develope but commercial plots cost 6 lac. What's the extra development bwc doing for commercial plots to justify such high charges.

Gondal Shb! Thanks for raising voice of the customers. We register our protest to BWC management very peacefully. You are close to the management, kindly make sure our demands are fulfilled. We are willing to pay development charges if they agree to the 6 points you stated. Secondly Saad Nazir Sb said 4 years walo ko dur kardgy sectors mai. aur agr sir hum full pay krty b hai tw kya guarantee a humay agay laya jayega. kuch acknowledgement slip deni chahye. Surcharge pichla abhi tak waive off nae hua us par b awaz uthaye (full cost of load cleared a) . ledger mai 4 year ka development charges ka plan b implement nae hua.

Cost of land 13.50 lac & development charges 14 lac of 7 marla plot in overseas block, No one society has more than development charges than cost of land.
