Good sir. Overseas block first booking 1350000 in 2020. Development charges should be 1 lakh . Development charges should be half of the cost of land. Thanks

Development charges Kam kiye jayen. Development charges ka duration 5 yrs honey chahiye. Hm na to 15k monthly payments bht mushkil sa de hain to 60k to impossible ha. All those people who are paying there development charges before 30th June should be at priority for early possessions and moved to developed areas. Also If later on BWC reduces the development charges then those people who have already paid their development charges NOW should get refund, otherwise it will not be fair for them. Please share with management

Management should give at least 2 months time before they start putting daily surcharge on the development charges. Please remove these surcharges from development charges.

Welldone gondal saheb u always stand with ur clients and we r agree maximum development charges around 175k per mala whuch us reasonable in 2017 1 dallor us 105 pak rupeess and in 2018 123 pak rupess qs cimqpre to that tume its too high development charges. Customer and client is a blood line in any business life.

Main bilkul bhi mutafiq naheen hon development charges lganay per. Hamara mutalba hay k jab tak hamaray plot ki qeemat kam se kam 3 se 4 guna na ho jay, jab tak development charges naheen lagnay chahiyain. Gondal Bhai hamain BWC pe trust he. Jin ke saath " pakki peri" khare rahe ham un se hi guzarosh kerain ge ke ab unhain "pakki peri" client ka saath daina ho ga. السلام علیکم گوندل بھائی میرا پلاٹ 15 لاکھ روپے کا تھا اب اس پہ انہوں نے ڈیویلپمنٹ چارجز لگا دیا ایک دو لاکھ 10 ہزار روپے تو 14 لاکھ70 ہزار روپے تو ڈیولپمنٹ چارجز اگئے اس میں کچھ کشتے پلاٹ میں بھی بائے کی ہیں اور انہوں نے یہ 24 مہینے کا یہ بھی ایڈ کر لیا تو کیسے ہم دیں گے ایک لاکھپ ہزار روپے مہینہ کے ساتھ دے سکتے ہیں

جزاک اللہ خیرا کثیرا گوندل صاحب مرجنگ والے پلاٹ کی بات کر کے اپ نے ہمارے دل جیت لیے ہے یہ اپ نے بہت اچھی بات کی کہ مرجنگ کر کے ڈیولپمنٹ چارج لے لیں اور یہ بھی اپ نے بہت صحیح بات کی کہ ڈیولپمنٹ چارج پہلے سے بتائیں جائیں جب جس کا دل چاہے گا لے گا نہیں چاہے گا تو نہیں لے گا اور ایک کنال کے اوپر ایک لاکھ سے زیادہ اگر چارج ڈال دیا جائے گا تو پھر اس کی پرائس بہت زیادہ بڑھ جائے گی اگر ایک لاکھ بھی ڈالیں تب بھی 20 لاکھ بنتا ہے تو اس سے زیادہ تو بہت ناممکن سی بات ہے

Bilkul Sahi kaha sir, Jo logo ki 1 sey zada plots hain BWC unko option den k wo apna extra plot merge kar k 1 plot ko development charges sey clear kar len. Mery pas 2 files hain muje option mily k 1 file ko merge kar sako. Maximum charges 2019, 2020 k members k liye 120,000 tak hony chahye. baqi k liye b is rate ko kum kia jaye.

Na jane ya aga kitna rang badalta hain development charges lena k bad. Ak traf Masjid e Aqsa, islam aur dosri traf Hollywood Block yahi tazad samjna k lea kafi tha mger der hogye

I am Member of BWC Since 2020 Still waiting for some good encouraging News from the BWC Management But It's Unfortunate to hear about the Drastic Amount of Development Charges, Still NoSpoarent Hope of a Developed Plot Allotment 😢😢😢

Sir, thx k ap ny clients ki baat ki. Meray pass 8 marla file hai. Cost of land 10lac (4 year palan) aur development charges 16lac (2 year plan). Society ko khud soochna chahiey k hm kis tarah pay kar saktay hain???

Abhi tak 24000 per month manage kar installment pay kar raha tha. Installment khatam hony main 7 months baaki hain or BWC keh rahi hai saath he main 62000 Development charges bhi do. Does it make any sense??? Na to Development charges satisfied hain or na he development charges dene ka time. Main kia ab 62000 + 24000 = 86000 pay karoon kahan say????

Sir development charges b ziyada hai aur aik baath aur k cost of land ka schedule tho December 2024 tk hai..tho development charges b January 2025 se start karna chahiyee..kyu k hum cost of land aur development charges dono ko aik saath continue nhi kar saktay
