INGREDIENTS:
1kg chicken legs
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 inch ginger
8 cloves of garlic
1 umorok /ghost chilli
2 medium size onions,sliced
300gm of carrot, sliced
350gm of baby potatoes, skin on
3/4 tsp of ground turmeric
1 tbsp of roasted cumin&coriander seeds, roughly crushed
750gm of chicken stock
2 tbsp of tomato paste
salt to taste
some chopped coriander leaves

I love this recipe I also add curry powder I tend to forget the ghost pepper so I add cayenne powder when I mash up the garlic. My soul loves this!!! It’s so comforting. I love serving it with basmati rice or jasmine rice. Sometimes I would serve a big bowl & eat it with garlic naan bread.

Wow that chicken is perfect it doesn’t have all that stubborn fat and nerves that are hard to clean and remove. This chicken is super clean. I would boil my chicken first, before following the recipes instructions because here in America we have dirty and overly processed chicken

That looks exactly like chicken curry I grew up with in my traditional Asian family. We have it with basmati rice.

I have been cooking for long time, I cooked beef stew many times, but not Chicken Stew, this was an easy Recipe , I cooked it today wit an additional ingredient which used in beef Recipe, its the grean beans ,it added a beautiful look and a delicious tade as well. thank you for your easy recipe.
