You won't buy ice cream anymore after learning how easy and delicious homemade ice cream is. You only need 3 ingredients and it only takes 15 minutes to prepare (excluding freezing time, just make it in advance). No eggs, no ice cream machine needed. Try it and you will be amazed with the result!
RECIPE:
250g (1 and 1/2 cup) fresh or frozen and thawed blueberries
250ml (1 cup) whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
150g (1/2 cup) sweetened condensed milk
