Thank you this was so easy to make! I followed the written recipe minus the lemon zest as I didnt have actual lemons, but I substituted it with bottled lemon juice and it still turned out moist and delicious. I will definitely make this again once I get some real lemons. In the meantime I will try your banana bread next :).

I tried it yesterday it's delicious but it took only about 35 min in the oven not 70 min (lower heat only), I pour the mixture into two small pound cake pan. Also I didn't add the lemon glaze as I don't like to add more sugger!
