A question more than a comment. I’ve had cameras in my boxes for 30 years, but have never had Bluebirds. Now I have a friend with Bb in a nest box, but only an exterior camera. All the birds I have watched lay eggs have slept in the box from the first egg. They aren’t incubating of course, but they sleep in & lay very early in the morning. My friends Bb does not appear to be sleeping in the box until she is ready to begin incubation. Is this what you see on your cameras?

I have not seen my bluebirds sleep overnight until the last egg is laid.
