I wanted to rent out my apartment in Dubai through blueground. Unfortunately, the customer management on site is so bad that I chose another provider.

You sublease 19 properties and have not completed a full year of business yet so don't even know if it is a profitable business. How would a home owner trust you to manage their property with this very limited data? I'd be keen to discuss more...
