Is that make sense buying ac from Amazon, blaming blue star, why don't you call Amazon customer care.. If possible avoid online purchase,won't get service on time... Find nearest dealer & distributors u'ill get service ontime...

In this hard installation i do hope they have used flared pipes and most of all have they vacuumed the discharge and suction pipes .... one more thing while going for 2 ton above you should ave sticked to reliable Japanese brands like daikin , ogeneral, Panasonic , Hitachi, Toshiba , Mitsubishi heavy ,or Mitsubishi electric. Their performance in the long run is good . congrats on the purchase

Left - Right swing is not available ....it is manually adjustable.... Although the button is given in the remote... Don't know why Bluestar did this...

No Didi. Not that. Video mein 6.38 mein. Vo jo Indoor Wall bracket lgaya hai, uske saath jo Hole Hua pda hai. Roof se leke vo jo Hole Drill kiya hai pipe bahar nikaalne ke liye. Vo kitne inches hai Roof se leke Us Hole ke end point tak?

If we don't install AC through co. authorised personnel then our AC warranty lapses immediately. I think you have done a big mistake. It would have been better if you would have returned back this product

If AC installation is done from third party, the brand won’t give you warranty. You should have waited because warranty is for 10 years. Now if anything breaks or malfunction, brand can say that it’s because of wrong installation.

Yes thats true, but if you are already frustrated and disappointed waiting on the installation guy , who avoid you then at the end customer have got no option to install it on its own, since in this hot summer 🌞🏖️ no one can bear the heat 🔥 and by looking at them i think they are working class people and they hardly get leaves so in that scenario they needed to go for the third party installation. And regarding about the warranty since this couple have already spend so much i think even in future if it face any issue they wont hesitate to repair it on its own from other third party people.
