That's Beast aka Baby Eyez from Beast Camp. He's a Krumper and he always brings the Krump attitude to dance events even if they are not Krump battles. He's a veteran in the Krump scene and many people in urban dance know him but despite all of that it's true that he should adapt himself to different dance environments, give the dance floor to others and just lay back. As much as I enjoy the innovation and energy of Krump, Baby Eyez shouldn't treat everything like a Krump battle. It's out of place and it can be really annoying.

Because it's still fun and they enjoy it. Also like I drove asphalt circle track latemodels and sometimes we have a guy that turns up and wins every single race so if we decided not to show up cause one guy is winning every race what's the point then that class and touring series of racing will die cause eventually he will start not winning every race due to making mistakes or the car starts falling off. Same thing here chubby will have a bad day or a bad routine that judges didn't like
