It was developed by Bizarre Creations and published by Activision in North America and Europe. The game features a racing style that incorporates real world cars and locales with arcade style handling and vehicular combat. Blur was the penultimate game developed by Bizarre Creations before they were shut down by Activision on February 18, 2011.

Infelizmente a Activision enterrou o jogo, sem dúvidas sim estava a frente do seu tempo, mas infelizmente acredito que não haverá um remake dele, uma pena, gostava muito desse jogo, trilha sonora perfeita, hoje em dia não se acha ele em nenhuma plataforma virtual, hoje so é possivel obter ele via torrent, um remake com as engines atuais seria perfeito!
