Featuring stunning live footage alongside intimate moments following the band in the studio, Blur's new documentary film New World Towers charts the iconic British band’s journey in recent years. From an unexpected break in Hong Kong which sowed the seeds for their first album as a four piece in 16 years, to a glorious home coming show in London's Hyde Park and, finally, the emotional reunion with their Hong Kong audience, this isn’t just a chance to witness the band at the height of their powers, but also an opportunity to see them at their most raw and candid.

The shots of Hyde park are incredible. I was so wrapped up in the moment on the font row I had absolutely no idea that many people were behind me. Suuuch an incredible day, definitely the best concert I've ever been to

Blur ist one of the greatest bands of all time. Graham Coxons simple genius guitar, damons vocals and expressions, the bass-lines, these drums - 4 souls working together and creating some really unique pieces of ART. Ya, its pop, its "just" pop - but i listend only today in the bus 4 times "New World Towers", and it pushes some "buttons" in my soul , and THESE buttons can only be triggered by THIS song. Thats all. No need for "forever", only here and now is what counts. And - what actually IS.

Blur ha vivido unos últimos años muy agitados, marcados por encuentros y desencuentros entre sus miembros, tanto que parecía imposible que volvieran a reunirse para grabar un disco, como felizmente ha ocurrido al final con "The Magic Whip". Todas sus peripecias vividas, tanto musicales como emocionales han sido recogidas en este documental al que han llamado "New World Towers", en referencia a Hong Kong, una ciudad que ha sido clave para la banda, el lugar donde parieron su último disco. El documental se estrenará en diciembre. Música independiente novedades.
