gameplay of Blur's single-player career mode on PC.
As if it isn't obvious ... I was trying. Yeah. The single-player campaign can get pretty crazy and this isn't exactly the easiest track to win on without an offroad car. Still ... fun is to be had.
Also demonstrating that my spangly PC can run this game full-whack, usually at 30fps (vsynced).
I KNOW IT LAGGED NEAR THE END OF THE FIRST LAP. that's Fraps' fault, not my computer.
System specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom 9950 Black Edition, o/ced @ 2.9Ghz
RAM: 2 x 2GB Kingston DDR2-800 (stock)
GPU: Gigabyte nVidia GTX275 Super OC Edition (exact specs unknown ... but very very very fast)

I always liked when the sounds of powerups blended in perfectly with music. It felt so satisfying.

This game had some of the best physics even better than forza or need for speed in todays prospective they were even working on a new relies right before they shut down its a real shame. Bizarre studios had some real potential of making a great game series.

+Felipe Ferreira It got pulled from Steam (and XBL /PS-Store) because Bizarre Creations shut down and Audi filed some sort of C&D because they didn't want their cars being advertised by a dead developer's game. Or at least that's what I've been told. I know people who have the game on Steam before it was 'removed' (much like I have Dirt 2 and FUEL, which are also 'removed'), and I'm lucky-enough that I have a working retail DVD of the game so I can play it whenever I want without Steam. But yeah, it's a shame.

@Crysis2ful Hm ... do other games run correctly? If so then ... I can't think of why it would lag. I don't play the game online with antialiasing on, though ... so if you have antialiasing on them maybe turning it off might help? Also go through the different graphics levels in the game and see if lower levels run better. Also, I turned off the power management feature thing in the nVidia control panel ... it may be your GPU isn't running at full speed in-game. :/

Most likely your processor or RAM will be bottlenecking the game. You need a fairly decent processor (I recommend a quad-core ... the game tends to use 70% of my CPU) to get this to run properly. I know someone with a 4xxx series ATI card but he has a single-core Pentium 4 ... the game runs at 5fps. ^_^; hope that helps.
