as an older millennial...remember fondly seeing an ad for this movie in a magazine as a kid...had no idea it would be such a great film capturing life at that time... even saw the sequel, but there's nothing like that raw 90's past...gone forever...but hell of a time!

This film to me, portrayed the hangover of the 1990's. Even though this came out in 1996, I didn't see it until 1997. I felt that after Oasis played Knebworth, everything peaked, lad culture peaked, britpop peaked. I feel so lucky to have been a teenager in the 1990's, they were the best days of my life. Between, 1994 and 1996, I knew there was something very special going on, I felt very excited when I woke up everyday, the atmosphere in the UK was electric. I was buzzing on life and I'm very grateful that I experienced it. Looking at the way the world has changed now, I can really see the innocence of the 1990's Watching this, brings tears to my eyes 😢, thanks for the great editing.

@@conorsmith8551 I'm not necessarily in that place, but I have been. Being surrounded by the ones you love, those who supposedly love you te most, your family and friends, but feeling completely lost and utterly alone, that's what depression feels like to me. And those first 20 seconds in the video, with that song playing, are the epitome of feeling that way.

this is even better than the original video, this song helped me thru hard times and see the beauty of overcoming meth addiction... this is the theme song for when u finally see the beauty in life after overcoming addiction, homelessness, perpetual poverty, trauma, im not into blur heavy but this song touched my heart to do better and to fight for my will to live and live a better life... godbless anyone going thru addiction, dont let it define you, i love trainspotting too, kids and trainspotting and fear and loathing are my top 3 90s movies

One and gone if you ever grew up on the council estates of Britain there's something about this film that hits home in a way no other films has it shows the misery but also the black comedy you develop growing up in places like that

Нужно было зациклить первые 40 секунд видеоряда, даже..просто сделать 40 секунд и всё. Эти 40 секунд до души, до мурашек, а дальше я бы сказал рассинхрон настроения музыки и видео.
