I used to think like that then I learnt to convey or confront using a neutral tone and even if the other person react further I say no more. Only entertain a dialog if responded with respect. :) This video has good example

Great advice Parmita. I have always been the type of person who has not been very confident and I started to notice that the body language I was exuding was causing people to walk all over me. People would sense that I wasn't anxious and softspoken and I would get picked on a lot or people would mistreat me because they knew I wasn't easy target. I had enough of it and learned that I needed to speak with more authority and to make eye contact and most importantly speak up immediately when someone talks down to me. You can still be kind and courteous but authoritative at the same time. If you don't you will always get walked on even if you are a nice person and don't deserve it. You have to command respect and stand tall and other people will notice and treat you a different way.

Thank you so so much for this video. I think it was totally for me. I have this problem from childhood and I must say that I was appreciated that she keeps quite and she doesn't fight. After I got married , after many years I realized that I should stand for my rights and I shouldn't be a doormat that anybody can walk over me. That anger of past behaviors of others don't seem to go away. Kindly make a video as to how to let go of your past , I have tried but it's not working. Keep up the good work👍

This is a very interesting topic that surely requires more space. You have spoken so well and encouraging. Could you please expand it in another video, like with more examples what exactly to say and behave in certain situations! Your boys are absolutely adorable and seem like very well brought up, bravo for the mom! 😀❤️

Hi mam in my opinion 1 more tip should be added : You must be confident that you haven't acted or said any thing weird or stupid for which you deserve this behaviour and you are not inferior than others in case of following etiquette. Actually I used to think that way when I had very low self esteem that I am not good at following social etiquette or being a gentalman.I mean stuffs like greeting a person by telling jai shri krishna or namaste. Mam If you think that this tip needed to be added than I would be happy if you add this in your next video .

@thegrowthhub17 Жыл бұрын
1. Don't be afraid to the confrontation... Speak up.. Stand up for yourself.. 2. Use Body language.. Takes up space... Eye contact.. Hand gesture.. 3. Don't shout out of anger..Or Don't silent instead..Reply in a sarcastic manner.. Or say them in a good note... Extra tips:- When people insult you say rhem..I didn't hear you can u repeat it... Most jokes lost the funny elements after First time.. Must try.. And again if they insult you... Say are you okay... Are u sure.. it's also must try.. And Lastly.. Don't react.. If they say you something.. Start talking to other people by ignoring the person... Lastly it's most powerful.. Look them in their eye.. And be cold silent...
