Black Belt vs Purple Belt
By far the request I get the most is “more rolling videos.” So, here’s some training footage of me and Stephen, one of our purple belts and one of my favorite training partners.
Obviously, this is just training footage, so it’s all in good spirit and probably all you’re gonna get from me now days as I’m getting old 😂

So I've been watching your instructional on the truck and the INSTANT I saw that twister pass and then you setting up the twister side control I was all "He's gonna do the thing!" Haha you make it look effortless dude.

1:55-1:59 WHAT THE HELL is with that hip flexibility?! D: I would've definitely needed to use my hand to assist the leg. Any good tips for hip/glute stretching?

Man, I wasn’t very flexible when I started. Just consistently stretching and training for a decade and half. Eventually my body was like, ok I guess we gotta be flexible
