Nah mate anything before '03 is to early, Grime didn't officially start until 2003. Everything before 2003 was basically Dark Garage like Pulse X, Oi, From The Endz and the rest of them classic Instrumentals.

For me, Grime didn’t start til 2002, the likes of Dizzee & Roll Deep were making Grime although it had influences from Garage. The real golden era of Grime is 2002-2007.

Nainocard nah bro I’m talking from 01 it transitioned from uk garage to grime..,,,,well at the time it wasn’t named grime it was Calleed “urban”. I’m going far back as slimzee, gods gift, Wiley days. 03 time it started getting tv time....hence channel U but yeah grime is actually older then 03. 100%.

I made this beat on fruity loops demo version, you couldn't save files so you had to burn it on cd that night one take. Had to burn one cd go for a late night drive give it the car test, that was the only mixdown it got. Then burn the final copy and it did it's thing, just added the vocals. Original raw grime, cutting corners, bootlegging sounds the good times!

@@Nainocard this wasn't the first and only grime track lol. Some of the first tracks from the genre may have been made on playstations. I know Dizzee started making beats on a playstation

Dizzee even said how he first started on Fruity Loops aka FL Studio and Youngsta from Musical Mob made Pulse X on Rebirth. No-one made official Grime Instrumentals on a computer game from the PlayStation ROTFL!!!
