This is a cosmic remote so I think the power was far too much for BMO to handle and didn’t realize it until it was too late so it’s why he said whoops. And then Cake turned him into an alarm clock which was actually better than seeing his charred body 😭😭😭😭

"BMO always bounces back!" - BMO It is truly sad to see prismo in a form of state that makes him look depressed or tired, even worse finn become more of a maniac than his dad ever was, the fact that jake died leaving his pups to take his place makes all of this season even sadder, and then BMO's death killed me, i felt like i died in the inside, I don't want this to be canon to adventure time.

That world had all life extinguished and having BMO the only life that wasn't dead was devastating to see, staying all alone by himself and dressing as Princess Bubblegum to lie to himself she's fine is just ,,AHHHH! In Fionna's world, everything is without magic, and BMO in that universe is Fionna's alarm clock. Throughout the show, Fionna and Cake have some sort of "anti-magic" energy, like when Cake accidentally turns a Hot Dog Knight back into a regular hot dog, or when Fionna accidentally kills the Winter King when she touches the crown, removing his magic. So, in this footage Cake touches the dead BMO, turning him into an alarm clock.
