It's hard to find now, I bought it a few years ago. You can maybe find it online or on ebay for a few dollars. It's called Microsoft Train Simulator and MSTS.

The Metra is a seperate download from train-sim DOT com. There are actually 2 parts to the Metra, the engine and the cars. Both can be found at the above website and then put together in the MSTS consist editor.
