That is expected. Either he was totally incompetent or knew about it, both he cannot accept. The problem is the much hyped SEBI. It should have penalised Zee and its boss very heavily and officially censured them. Same thing happened in CNBC Awaaz, now with ET Swadesh and Mr Bhasin. SEBI is just a toothless tiger good only for smart sounding interviews, that’s all.

Sir आप ने Price to Book का method समझया था। उससे related एक question है? ० एक share का price to Book Ratio 7.7 ' current EPS 75 के आस पास 3y ( cagr ) 51% ' 5y' 64% CAGA से EPS बड़ा है Book value Per share है 361.7 5y - 37.4% ' 3y - 37 .8% CAGR share का current price ( ) an Jal one 1 . इसमें price to Book Ratio और EPS . देखना है या EPS और BooK per Share देखना है २ . Price to BooK 7.7 है EPS 51% ' 3y 69% है तोprice to Book ज्यादा है पर EPS growth अच्छा है अगर इसे अपने हिसाब से बताये

My company sells IT services to insurance providers and we are seeing big budget cuts and one of the business heads informed us that they are seeing record number of people not renewing their life and health insurances. There is some deep trouble with the economy which the current dispensation does not understand.

But India's >70% population is poor. Once they come out of poverty, they will buy property/home and it might increase real estate prices in future also even population is decreasing.
