hello how you programm the cas module ? you don't enter new km on cas ??? if you have 2 keys with the car how you can clear the key mileage history ?

I had an extra cluster with lower miles but as soon as I unplugged my original broke cluster and installed the newer 1 with lower miles it automatically went to my original miles. does my 2011 E90 ECU need to be changed with the digiprog 3 also

Is the software able to change specific HEX values on the EEPROM? Maybe by dumping it, modifying the values and then flashing it.

is it 100% using the digiprog to program cas module? also, is this the same process to do a mini cooper 2007? thanks

Hi Yes BMW and Mini both share the same modules therefore programming would be the same, as long as your Mini Cooper has a CAS 3 Black then Digiprog 3 with Version 4.88 should 100% be able to program the CAS. As a recommendation if your skills are good with soldering and acceptably good with electronics then you should be able to do the whole process with the R270 Version 1.2 Programmer. Regards Henal

Hi I done same bmw 2007 with dp3 and r270 everthing went until I put it back it the car the gage needles not working anymore did I do something wrong?

correction: you can not twist and lift the needles!

Ok. I see; I do it with DIY made shaft grab and just use a screw driver to pop the needles away and it works. ...... By the way I'm having big trouble with R270 (keeps saying unknown pin! and it fails to read) any tips?
