BMW X3 Oil Change. I show the oil change procedure on an F25 2.0d Turbo diesel SUV.

Very nite, and wonderful job, thank you very much, seamed to complicate, before your video, and the most, you seemed very calm and relax, I have a diésel 2017 x3 f25, and I thought it was complicate, know I have to study how to change the front break pads, they say it needs a “sensor “, anyway thank you very much.

if you wont Castrol , the product is EDGE M 5w30 or EDGE PROFESIONAL LL04 5w30

Diesel oil is always black , even after a few miles.

WRONG OIL! - It NEEDS to be "ACEA C3" specification (and ideally BMW LongLife 04)

1:15 Wait. When you remove the plastic engine cover, the engine air filter is exposed directly to the air? It can't be right... or can it? I don't say it is wrong but unusual for sure. Maybe not a big deal though.

Black oil is inevitable for a diesel, promise u that in 2 miles after driving it will be black again, its the soot no getting away from it perfectly normal.

TheCheesenChips Yes I agree with you. I have discovered this soot getting into the oil situation with diesels. Also that it isn’t a problem

that oil is not for BMW , this oil has A5/B5 specification :)))))))))))))))))), this is one of the reasons for breaking the distribution

Original oil bmw is using is the one from Shell, 5w30 pure plus. This one is not sold in north America but there's pennzoil 5w30 premium euro L which is probably the same since pennzoil = shell

@@zakesmbatha2154 There are specification listed in user manual, then you just search that specification and found whoever's oil meets that will work.
